First visit to this fairly new brewery blocks away from downtown Verona. Got a growler and enjoyed the same day. Incredibly refreshing and lower ABV than many modern saisons but without missing out in taste. Slight funkiness and hop bitterness combined with smooth malt for a great balance. I’ve had more complex saisons but this is a great session version that met my needs, as I couldn’t find another saison on tap on a quick perusal of Pittsburgh offering.
