Hard Tail IPA, a reimagining of our house West Coast IPA. Brewed with a light malt bill and hopped in the kettle with Columbus and Simcoe, Hard Tail is dry hopped over multiple stages with Simcoe, Centennial and a huge helping of Citra hops.

Tap pour at the brewery.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin white head. Leaves behind partial rings of lacing.
Aroma of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and a bit of pine.
Taste is orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and a late appearance of pine resin. Medium bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Slight tongue burn. Very good carbonation.
In the ballpark for style, with good citrus, tropical, and pine flavors. Nose is there but does not pop.
