16 oz can into a nonick pint glass.
L: SRM 3 pours a hazy dull gold color with a thin white head , medium-low steady carbo, head recedes to edge foam, light halfway tight grid lacing.
S: Peach, citrus, a very fruity character, peak of ripeness fruit aromas.
T: Fruits, citrus, peach, lime, a berry note, wheat, oats, yeast, caramelized malts, light alcohol ~ 1/2 way through the pint, lime zest lingers in the finish.
F: Velvet smooth, gently creamy medium to med-heavy bodied feel with a medium-long moderately dry finish that is quickly light-bodied at the very end.
O: A smart tasting HIPA. The touch of lime makes the finish pretty dry and easy-going. It is extremely well balanced and blended. Tastes are dignified and inviting. It is excellent in its style.
