Pours opaque dark chocolate brown. Thin khaki head. Nice lacing. Aroma is chocolate, caramel, dark roasted malt, a hint of bourbon. Flavor follows the nose. Feel is thick and slightly syrupy, light carbonation. Overall, a fantastic beer from a nice local brewery.
