16 oz can into a pokal.
L: Pours clear light yellow with light steady carbo, a thin white head that quickly recedes to edge froth, medium random complex lacing.
S: Lightly herbal, grains, both very light.
T: Bright tangerine, lemon zest, a herbal hop note, very distant bread dough as the beer warms, it is fairly bitter with some caramelization backing it up then yeast in the finish.
F: Quite crisp medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long moderately dry finish.
O: A very snappy, bitter, and refreshing Pilsner. The citrus notes ride fairly high but do not overpower. The finish is bitter and resonant. Very easy drinking. I wish this brewery would date stamp their cans. I know this beer that I rated was fresh but I'd still like to know about pkg dates. Euro Step is excellent in its style.
