16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can has no date on it. My Alaskan math teacher friend picked it up at the brewery and gave it to me last week.
Pours clear brassy yellow with a roughly 2.5 finger head that settles into a rocky range and then into a clumpy, uneven layer. Smell is tons of grass and lemon rind.
Taste is heavy grass and greens with moderate lemon rind, slight crackery/biscuit flavor, lemon and floral on the aftertaste with a little honey.
Mouthfeel is on the thin side, almost (but not quite) watery. Overall, it's a pretty good beer.
