Purchased from Nicolas Kew Gardens, a French wine and beverage store. My third from Fauve. See my two previous reviews about how I'm confused about the brewery in the South of France and the brewpub in Paris. But for their 400+ brews, I still give them good Overall Hugs.
Blanche Looks average (Fauve's yeasts have to learn to keep their foam.) Just above average are Smells which are fruity, but bland. Tastes were balanced enough to eat with cheeses, but also not distinctive. Light in a light style.
