Pivovarsky Bal pours a hazy golden with a small head. The aroma has bitter notes and farm notes. The flavor is bitter, cereal, and a hint of wild farm. Good feel. Overall, very flavorful, bitter, and clean.

This batch brewed late August, still interesting with foeder moderate wood balancing, lightness and Cech style all factoring into a decent drinking lager. Lots of head.

Side pour at the brewery. Awesome white head. Nice bready smell, mildly bitter. A very nice beer
