On tap at the brewery. Served in a shaker pint glass.
The beer pours a slightly hazy golden straw color with a smallish foamy white head that recedes quickly
The aroma is mildly sweet wheat malts with just a hint of ginger and a mild tartness. Some floral notes and a mild earthiness.
The taste is mainly wheat maltiness with a nice ginger flavor. The beer is clean with a dry almost tart finish, and a nice ginger aftertaste.
Overall this is a very nice summer drinker. The ginger is just strong enough to add to the overall beer, but light enough not to lend any of gingers spiciness to the overall flavor. very nice beer
