Unlike many holiday beers, this gingerbread inspired beer is not an overly sweet pastry beer, but rather a balanced refreshing ode to the season. Featuring all real ingredients, this amber ale was brewed with graham crackers, molasses, honey, fresh ginger and spices. Expect a big dose of fresh ginger up front bringing bright almost citrus type flavors followed by soft malt and graham cracker. The beer finishes with a light touch of nutmeg and cinnamon.
