Pours a golden yellow brew with adequate foam in the Kasteel chalice. Rather malty with a pleasant fizz on the tongue. Interesting hop flavors of unripe peach, pine, and dark grapes. A winey touch, along with some wood and brambles, berries; all very light and pleasant.
They call this a "Trade Winds India Pale Ale." Hops are listed as Simcoe, Motueka, and Wakatu. Overall this is quite drinkable and less bitter than many IPAs. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 05/12/2021.

16 oz, single can from Lifesource natural grocers in Salem OR.
$4
Pours a clear gold coloured body..some minimal haze. Large attractive white head.
Very citrusy hop aromas..lemon zest , orange peel etc.
NIce taste..the lemony hops plus biscuit malts and some floral zing..delicious.
LOvely mouth feel also..great carbonation with a lighter body. No cloying in the end.
Great IPA
