A crystal clear light yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is soft, doughy, bready, sweet with honey, toast, a firm, minty hop character with a lemony accent. The complex malt profile is clear. The palate opens soft, creamy, Munich bready, creamy malt with rich honeyed toast, softly bitter minty hops. The mid-palate is creamy, doughy malt, honeyed and mildly sweet. Mildly bitter, sweet yet dry on the finish. Lovely mouthfeel. Excellent.
