delicious and not forced hazy, hoppy but balanced, insanely soft feeling and easy drinking, about as refined as they come, really gorgeous beer, lighter than many, surprised its as strong as it is, almost hits like a hazy pale, very impressive from a quality standpoint, and its more unique to me for its texture than for its hop profile, lovely brew! yellow and gentle looking, no murk, this is sunny and bright with a mild unfiltered looking haze, but not all starchy and milky, beautifully high headed from the tap, pure white froth, racing carbonation, nice retention, love the look of this. citra, nelson, and mosaic are the hops here, and it smells and tastes about the same, which is to say fresh as can be, fruity without being a juice bomb, and quite nuanced, things like lemon verbena, ripe white wine grapes and their vine, coconut cream, lemongrass, more citra than the others to me, super clean, nothing catty from the mosaic, nothing overly thiol forward from the nelson, its almost mild in that sense, but the hops come together well, each bringing its own little wrinkle, and its packed with notes of zested lemon and honeydew melon, especially as it warms. soft grain complexion, must be high wheat, earthy and balanced, but there is so little bitterness here that a big grain presence isnt really necessary, and this is drier and somewhat quicker than most hazy types. the hops are fresh and this is really earthy and grounded and good, i love the pop of nelson in the center, springy and floral and alive to me, effervescent feeling, masterfully crafted overall. maybe the best beer ive had from these guys to date, which is saying a lot because everything they do is fire!

Draft at Here's How. Hazy yellow pour, thick creamy white head . Fruity, citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Taste follows with more citrusy notes, mostly grapefruit, but still incredibly smooth
