Light in color and body this spicy yeast forward beer is a delectable platform for the coriander and orange peel additions.

Poured from a can - big head and nice lacing. Modest aroma. Fairly crisp and slightly tangy. Nice tingle on the tongue. Good for a hot summer afternoon

Pint on draught at the brewery. It pours a cloudy, golden-orange color with minimal head or lacing. The smell features clove, coriander, lemon, tobacco smoke, and earthy notes. The taste is mellow and offers typical Belgian yeast and spicing, banana, lemon peel, and hints of apple and other fruits. It's tangy but with a distinct earthiness. This ale is lite and crisp with moderate carbonation, and it is very easy to drink at 5.2% ABV. Overall, while Wit-Collar Crime is not at the level of the leaders of the style, such as St. Bernardus and Allagash, it's nice to drink it locally. The brewery has done a nice job with it. To improve this ale, the flavors need to be bigger and bolder.
