Presentation: 32 oz. brown growler, served in a stange.
Appearance: The half finger, bright white head stays around for a bit and leaves behind a lot of lacing that covers the entire glass. It's a slightly hazy, pale straw color.
Smell: There's the faintest aroma of grains and bread along with some grass in the background.
Taste: It's a sweet, malty flavor at first with soft, hoppy floral notes in the background. There's a touch of bitterness there too to balance things out towards the end .
Mouthfeel: It's quite light but not watery. It finishes with a crisp, medium-high carbonation bite.
Overall: A nice, refreshing lager that's perfect for warm weather. Very good first release from the folks at Papa Rupe.
