Walking on Sunshine is Brew Revolutions flagship beer, its been on the menu since it opened. While called a NEIPA, some may argue a 6 IBU beer should not even be called an IPA, it does fit the the category. It is dry hopped with Anzacca, El Dorado and Idaho 7.
On the pour this is a very hazy beer, very milky pale gold with a nice head. Put a knife in it and you have to bring it pretty much to the glasses edge to see it.
The smell is rather muted, as expected. Lite citrus but not strong enough to identify. I do drink it at the brewery itself, and a full glass does not always give the best nose profile.
The taste has a nice tart fruitiness, with some sweetness following. It does have low bitterness to it, but more than I'd expect from 6 IBU. The aftertaste tends to dissipate somewhat quickly compared to my usual IPAs.
The feel of this brew is quite nice, low/medium body but very drinkable.
All in all a light tasting NEIPA that is great for having several beers on the patio.
Note I have found the beer to vary at times. Once I actually asked if they changed the recipe as the nose and flavor was more remarkable than remembered, and they mentioned it was a very fresh brew they rushed out due to demand.
