Look: Hazy golden-amber in color beneath a full head of desnely creamy bright white foam. Excellent head retention and lacing.
Smell: Soft banana, soft clove, sweetish malt, and spiciness.
Taste: Sweetish wheaty malt, soft banana and clove, and floral, lightly herbal, and gently spicy. Moderately bitter with a short lingering finish.
Feel: Light-medium in body and crisp-then-smooth across the palate.
Overall: An excellent hefeweizen with a lot of character in an overall lighter beer.
