Soap sudsy head that quickly went away. Can’t quite make out the aroma, some Belgian yeast notes and something sort off off. Taste is quite nice for a saison. Crisp and hoppy with classic flavors of pepper, clove, grassiness etc. Fizzy carbonation. I’d say this is a decent Belgian saison/Belgian Pale ale combo with the added hop crispness noticed. Enjoyed.
