Look is a pale yellow. The nose didn’t do much for me. Taste is pretty standard for the style. It doesn’t really stand out for me, and mouthfeel slightly watery. A solid offering but not a must try.

From the brewer: “ Saison was created as a beer for hard working farmers in Belgium. Pittsburgh is a city filled with hard working people, and we brewed this beer for them. Ray is a medium bodied saison brewed with wheat, oats, rye, barley and Saaz hops.” This had a lot of qualities I look for in a saison besides funkiness – there was very little. It was also full of hop bitterness, over the nice multigrain malt structure.
