on cask at the brew works Saturday night.
looks decent enough, slightly hazy yellow body, ok white head and good lacing.
aroma is mostly of Belgian yeast
pleasant tasting, solid enough, the odd thing about it is the lack of carbonation. alcohol is fairly well hidden, but began to get a buzz towards the end of the drink.
feel is a little below medium, slightly flat.
overall, i think i prefer non cask when it comes to Saisons.
