Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white. In the aroma, quite earthy, and a small sweet cheese like aroma. In the taste, earthy with a small light lemon tartness. A small bite and a medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry yeasty lemon citrus in the aftertaste. Nice earth, and refreshing with the lemon citrus and small tartness.
