Taproom employee couldn't answer the question when I asked if this was a Brut IPA. Caveat: I'm not a fan of Brut IPA's.
Straw in hue. Fluffy white head, good retention, with light lacing.
Nose is a bit dry, whiffs of citrus zest lead off and makes way for a faint white wine grape note.
Flavor is slight, thin, and again comes off as a Brut.
Mouthfeel is thin, mildly carbonated.
