It’s a holiday gift from us, to us: Introducing DDH SO INTO YOU. We took our GABF award-winning Hazy IPA and double dry-hopped it with the same killer trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. Enjoy an ever-so-slightly bumped ABV at 7.3% and even more elevated notes of citrus and stonefruit. There’s still a Citra-dominant balance of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit but the lovely touches of white peach and lemongrass meld beautifully with even bigger flavors of tropical papaya, pineapple, and mango derived from a good backing of Mosaic and an accent of Cashmere. It’s the same great hazy with even more flavor and aroma popping from the first sip. Merry belated – we can’t wait for you all to open this gift.

16oz can served in a big snifter. "Canned fresh the week of March 17 2025." Bought it at Windsor Homebrew in California a couple weeks ago.
Pours murky whitish-yellow with a smallish head, moderate to low carbonation. Smell is bright and juicy, surprising booziness for the relatively normal abv. Almost a marshmallow vanilla creaminess.
Taste is a bit more muted than the aroma, more toward citrus pith and lemon rind. A little echo of grapefruit rind and pine, some biscuit.
Mouthfeel is nice -- medium, almost fluffy, but dry-ish and not clingy. Overall, pretty solid.

really good ipa, modern and bright, dry hoppy but not overdone, nothing green about it, smooth and not as heavy to drink as it looks, somehow my first from these guys, feel like ive been hearing about them for some time now, great to wet the whistle! citra, mosaic, and cashmere, so its the cashmere making this interesting, but the citra seems elevated too, lemon curd, vanilla bean, juicy honeydew, coconut flesh, and peach are all present in the aroma of this starchy looking pale straw colored brew with a creamy white head on it, not super bright, but lively enough, drinks lighter than it appears. juicy in the flavor, the best side of mosaic as well, juicy pineapple and pineapple candy with just a touch of oily sweetness on the palate, none of its catty qualities, and it so fresh here, really popping. cashmere and citra bring a lot of fruitiness, meyer lemon, white grapefruit, and obvious peach, really vibrant, a hint of floral honey, some mild cereal quality form the grain, maybe some unmalted wheat keeping it earthy, but this is pretty high tone from the hops anyway, punchy and forward and almost cryo level intense, off dry, tidy on the ferment, long and smooth, lemony as it warms more and more, delicious, brand new, and i think quite distinctive for a hop mix thats not all that exotic. very well made, more drinkable than many in this space, and it has me eager to try more from radiant! good to get acquainted.
