A refreshing Saison brewed with local malts from Bonsak, hopped with Styrian Fox and Dragon from Slovenia. Lots of fruity esters and subtle spiciness from the Belgian yeast.

440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Curie Saison, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Nearly clear and very pale straw colour, moderate white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian saison yeast, hints of herbal hops. Light bodied, citric mouthfeel. The flavour is grassy, yeasty, herbal and spicy. Okay.
