Because there is no English button on their website (and because UnTappd's Descriptions also are in German), I'm not totally sure what I'm dealing with here. But it appears the parent, Wunderdrinks, contracts out the brewing in Bavaria. It appears their main market are "Whole Foods" type stores in Germany as they brew organic beers. So I give them pretty good Overall Hugs for trying to be good.

This Helles seems to jibe with my guesses because organic beers (like any radical departure from traditional brewing) requires finesse to get on a par with the traditional ingredients. That said, there is nothing wrong with this Helles. It Looks the part of a nice blonde, it Smells mostly malt, it Tastes balanced enough and is light-mouthed but enough bubbles to wash down a sandwich. But, a little complexity would be nicer.

Pours a crystal clear golden liquid with a solid, smaller head.

Smells of dried leaves, strawberry bush and lighter blueberries among rustic wheat and lighter caramel.

Tastes of rich straw, sweet caramel and lighter bread dough with a hint of dry, matured hops. Has a sweet middle part with just a hint of ripe oranges cutting through prominent caramel. Finishes equally sweet with no supporting hops to speak of, making this quite predictable and a little off balanced.

This is too sweet with nothing much going on apart from its profound malt foundation.
