Amber Ale. The pronounced bitterness combined with some fruity notes makes it a beer with character.

Part of Dubuissons new line of micro-brews for their restaurants. I styled this as a Belgian Dark, but it really is an amber. It paired sufficiently well with my goat cheese salad at Trolls & Bush. Very good Overall Hugs to Dubuisson for this culinary venture.
Ambrasse Looks pretty in the glass with sufficient foam that hands around as lace. Smells were modest malts, only slightly better than the average. Tastes were balanced with enough herbs/spices/hops to keep it interesting. Medium-mouthed.
