from the menu at Trolls & Bush--
This dark brown beer, quite smooth, reveals aromas of chocolate, of coffee and candy. Ideal for Autumn.

Temps is part of a new line of micro-brews that Dubuisson is experimenting with in their several new restaurants. This line probably is a good idea because Bush's ales are historically quite strong... possibly too strong to pair with a successful food menu. Temps works well, but they might suggest some pairings in the next menu. However, excellent Overall Hugs for Dubuisson for developing their new culinary angle.

As only a shade darker than amber, Temps could Look darker, browner. But it has a decent foam and active yeast swirls. I didn't pickup all that much chocolate, but it was sweetish in the nose and I rate it only slightly above the average for a Belgian Brown. Tastes were balanced and suitably subtle for the table; but I saved this for desert. Medium-mouthed.
