IPA dry hopped with Nectaron and Amarillo. A dry IPA in an overly sweet world. Bright peach blossom, apricot ring ornaments, spritzy white grapes, and a wonderfully clean and crisp bitterness.

On draft, in tulip glass
Opaque pale yellow color, thick white head. Good head retention. Pugent citrus aroma. Similar taste, starts juicy and a little sweet but finishes more bitter. Soft mouthfeel

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a two finger head; good retention and spotty lacing
Smell: Floral and hoppy, with white wine grape, peach and pith
Taste: White wine grape forward with a hint of underripe peach developing; the middle brings a strong pithy bitterness with some aspirin in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I am not a fan of Amarillo so while I see what they are going for here it is not a flavor profile I love
