Keller Pils brewed with Rabbit Hill Malthouse barley and lightly dry hopped with Loral. Bright, crisp, and delicate with notes of lemongrass, warm days, and a balancing floral sweetness.

On tap at Draught Industries in Beacon, NY.

This one pours a very clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like lemongrass, hop spice, tea, honey, and crusty bread.

This is honestly fantastic, and one of the better American made kolsches that I've ever had. It's got a lightly spicy and lightly fruity hop character, with a modestly sweet and herbal tasting malt backbone. It's all super well balanced.

Most of all though, this is just super drinkable, and even more of all, it's just super fun to drink.

This is was fantastic, and just a near perfect rendition of a kolsch.
