This beer is never going to be the best thing anyone has ever drank.. that’s not the point. But it’s just a stunning display of simplicity that only a saison can deliver. It’s soft, floral, slightly funky with a subtle hint of citrus to make it more refreshing. It is at home in a glass this beautiful and basic.
I’ll happily drink 15% inky stouts, sours that could strip paint off furniture and barleywines that put you right to sleep. But sometimes you have to appreciate a beer that just gets it right, and delivers exactly what you were expecting. It’s a table saison, personified.

on draft at the brewery
pale yellow, hazy, white head. moderately strong citrusy notes, earthy grassy hops as well. similar flavor ,but very thin, not really any body. Going low abv, I'm more about the dark beers
