Traditionally inspired Kolsch style ale brewed with German Pilsner malt, and NJ grown pale barley. Light, crisp, and balanced.

Look: Clear golden beneath a finger's width of bright white foam that holds well and leaves some excellent lacing behind.
Smell: Clean, malty, and lightly herbal.
Taste: As would be expected of a Köln-style beer but a touch sweeter than usual. I don't think they've used a Kölsch yeast strain but that's fine.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: Decent enough. Refreshing and easy to drink.
