Our little house lager. A pale Keller landbier brewed with 100% Rabbit Hill Farms Pilsner malt and hopped with Cascade and Tettnang. Fermented with our preferred house lager yeast blend.

Pours a nicely hazy honey-tinged straw color with a soapy white head and looks stunning in the glass. The nose features lots of lemongrass and a healthy dose of white bread and cereal. Wow.
The lemongrass is forward and delicious on the taste, but it’s that bread/grainy cereal malt flavor that works so well for me - it’s times like these that I wish I had a 6er of the beer and the beer bong we had in college so I could do some SERIOUS beer nerd bidness.
The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing. This is another one of those “beer drinker’s beer” zwickelbiers that I find are common for that style and which I appreciate so much.

Pours a very cloudy straw/yellow color, it’s the cloudiness you get when you squeeze lemon juice into ice tea…initial head is ok but it settles to a very very thin layer of white, that all but disappears halfway through, with a denser white ring around the glass.
The nose is quite refreshing, bright and clean citrus and floral notes; some very light white bread and maybe even some light evergreen.
The taste follows similarly, again bright and refreshing…spritz of citrus, with a little grassiness as well, little little pine, It rides very well on the light white bread note.
Light body, but it has a fuller rustic feel to it…that however doesn’t prevent this one from going down incredibly easy. A clean and dry finish with a nice low but very noticeable and lingering bitterness.
Everything about this beer is great, I know that because of how easy and quick it goes down. The only knock is the appearance, other than that a great beer.
