Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a three-finger head; excellent retention and squiggly lacing
Smell: Juicy with a vinous edge; pineapple, papaya with vinous, white wine elements
Taste: Very juicy, with pineapple forward and some papaya and lemon-lime tones; through the middle, the vinous Southern Hemisphere elements emerge along with a good level of pithy white grapefruit bitterness to bring home the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body, slightly creamy; moderate carbonation
Overall: The Seed has figured out how to use Southern Hemisphere hops without sacrificing the juicy character that makes NE IPAs so appealing - I'm impressed
