Pours a murky straw color, with a surprisingly sedate level of carbonation. Head is soapy and settles quickly.
Funky brett explodes out of the glass, with bright barnyard and lemon aromas, fresh herbs, and fruity hops.
Flavors of unsweetened lemonade, funky hay, lime, and citrusy hops. It has such a great balance of drinkable pale ale, and funky brett cultures. This beer is delicate and light, with amazing complexity for its size.
