amber in color, foamy white head. aroma of toasted bread crust. nice malt flavor in the taste too, but a little too sweet for me. medium bodied.

Clear orange amber body with a frothy white head with thick crowned lacing. Smells of toasty malts with slight earth and toasted caramel, with earthy hops and brown bread finishing. Taste is almost like a bitter than a marzen with earthy dry yeast and less sweet malts due to the earthy hops, acorn, brown bread and a hint of rye. Feel is dry and malty, slightly bitter finish. It is good but nontraditional
