A gentle and cool fermentation, with a favorite English yeast strain, allows for this little baby porter to drink with the cleanliness and snap of a black lager, but carry the character of a lovely cold-days ale. We’re seeing notes of light brownie batter, nut-overloaded dark chocolate bars, winter-spiced black tea, and a clean and crisp finish.
