Atlas Pilsner - This beer highlights a historic barley variety named Atlas, grown in the Central Coast region of California. Originally hailing from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, this barley gained fame during California’s Gold Rush, when it was prized globally for its exceptional flavor. Today, it’s exclusively grown on Bob Work’s family farm near Paso Robles, the last remaining source in North America. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Atlas is vibrant and aromatic, with notes of freshly shaved fennel bulb, bright lemon crème, and yellow cedar.
