Weyermann Brauerei GmbH "Bohemian Pilsner"
,33l brown glass bottle, "Mindestens haltbar bis: 13.11.2017" and sampled on 25.09.2017
Look: Fingerprint-through-the-glass clarity in a golden body beneath a short head of bright white that holds well and leaves some very nice spots and splashes of lace about the glass.
Smell: Floral hops combine with grainy malts in the nose. It's labeled a "Bohemian Pilsner" but I don't find the spiciness of the Saazer hops that I expect.
Taste: Floral and grainy again. Just lightly sweetish. Balanced by a firm bitterness it finishes dry and lingering with floral hops and bitterness.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: Well brewed and nicely balanced. Very drinkable. Quite a nice Pilsner.
