500ml swingtop bottle into halleroder mini bierkrug glass in Bamberg, Germany, at me friend's gaff. Acquired straight from the Weyermann fan shop for 2.50 euro plus 2.50 euro pfand the same day I served it. Reviewed live.
A: Four finger head of fair thickness, no cream, and great retention. Cloudy quasi-transparent yellow colour. A friend commented it resembles "cat-piss". Hopefully it doesn't smell as such...
Sm: Off-lemon ester hop and some fresh barley. A light scent all around.
T: Some souring goze-type hops, plus some lemon in the body. Crisp and refreshing. Simple but nice. Not complex. Fairly balanced.
Mf: Nicely coarse where it ought to be, and wet. Complements the flavours of the body.
Dr: Quite affordable by German standards and in terms of quality as well. Easily downable. Nice.
