On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of bready malt and floral hops and citrus fruit. Body is medium and crisp. Floral hops, pale malt, spices and citrus fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and dry. Nice brew.

Around a medium body with about the same for carbonation.
Really nice aroma of malt,yeast, earthy floral hops.
Taste for the most part doesn't stray too far from the aroma. Has a really nice earthy hop flavor that lingers in the aftertaste yet isn't very bitter.
I find this style hard to describe but south 40 has done a really nice job with this one
