Yellow-gold in color with very thick head, leaving fluffy remnants long the glass. Smells of lemon, soap, and yeast. Taste is spicy, wheaty hops, with a touch of funk. Feel is surprisingly sharp and biting with heavy carbonation. Overall a pleasant saison with a bit of funk, not too tart at all. Could imagine this one getting really funky if cellared.
