A-Crystal clear light ruby red with a medium pinkish hued, white head that reduced to a thin wispy veil and left spotty lace.

S-Well, this is an easy one---CHERRY! A bit of background malt sweetness and some dryness.

T-Lightly sour cherry up front with a touch of sweetness to balance things out . The tart cherry flavour builds and becomes more dominant as one moves through the pint. Malt sweetness is minimal at best.

M-Light bodied and super sharp with long lingering tartness.

D-Building intense tartness and well-balanced complexity make this one a pleasant and easy to enjoy fruit creation. Not quite New Glarus territory but impressive nonetheless.

Clear medium red in color. Thin head fades quickly. Smells of cherries. Taste is all cherry. Kinda like cherry kool aid but not as sweet. I would have like a little more carbonation. No problem konocking this one down. Maybe after a few the intense flavors would get to ya.

Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a clear light garnet color and a modest head that laces well initially but fades quickly

Smell: Dominant aroma of cherries and ground cherry pits

Taste: Sweet and slightly sour cherry up front and then the intense cherry flavors build; after the swallow, the tart flavors become dominant and add complexity

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Drinkability: One of the better fruit beers out there; intense flavors and well-balanced complexity make this a winner
