Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow, thin white head with short retention.
Aroma: Fruity esters, clover.
Flavor: Wheat grains, oranges and coriander. Spicy hops. Restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied. Moderate carbonation. Short finish.
Overall: A refreshing, light summery Saison. Fruity like esters but no funkiness. Accentuates citrus and spiciness. Slight tartness. I prefer this kind of Saison/Farm House Ale over those with a barnyard and other strong funky flavors.

On draught at Iron Hill Brewery, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
Pours a cloudy yellow color. A large frothy head retains well and yields lacing.
The nose opens with fruity notes of pear, lemon and orange. Aromas are lightly funky and project tartness. Notes of cracker malt, coriander and grass.
The palate is very dry with a simple cracker malt base. Flavors of lemon seem to dominate, imparting very bright and sour notes throughout. Notes of peppercorn, grass, coriander, orange peel and peach. The finish is very dry.
Light bodied and easy drinking. The mouthfeel is crisp and the carbonation is lively.
I felt like the acidity slightly overshadowed the other flavors. Nevertheless, it was easy drinking and refreshing.
