On tap at Maple Shade's Barrels, Bourbon and Bugs event. Since "Quadrupel" and "Quadfather" have separate listenings here and different ABVs, I assume "Bourbon Quadrupel" and "Bourbon Quadfather" merit separate entries as well.

Pours a dark, clear cherry amber color with minimal tan head but light lace. Aroma is boozy and bourbon forward, over dark fruit, plum and raisin, and caramel malt. Flavor is like regular Quadfather, and bourbon dominated with a slightly watery finish. Plum, caramel malt, light bitterness, but the bourbon is just distracting from a beer I'm otherwise fond of.
