Dark brown clear brew with handsome tall beige foam in the Timmermans goblet. Lush and sudsy mouthfeel. Aroma of citrus in an umfamiliar way, not quite lemon and not quite grapefruit. Tastes like a Schwartzbier with a dose of lemon. I don't thing the charred malt does much for the yuzu, but the citrus does still come through in the aftertaste. Quite sippable and interesting for a different sort of very dark beer. From the 16 oz can brewed by Zoiglhaus.
