Bon Entonnement is a Hoppy Farmhouse Saison. It's our collaboration with Brasserie Thiriez. To brew this beer, Eric and Micah traveled to Thiriez in Esquelbecq, France. They brought with them the same Ekuanot hops we use in Pillowhead Dry Hop. The result is a hop forward, yeast driven beer, with notes of white pepper, pear, and passionfruit.
