Snappy is an easy drinking barrel aged saison that is bright, tart and spritzy with a touch of funk and oak.
It has notes of dried apricot, peach, yellow sour patch kids. This thing is dang snappy!
In collaboration with our friends at Escarpment Labs, Snappy was brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients and rested in French oak barrels for 8 months before patiently conditioning and naturally carbonating in the bottle for a further 9 months.
