16oz can. Pale yellow pour, clear, streaky head and lacing. Grainy aroma, malty, corn, adjunct grains. Taste is sweet, slightly vegetal, slippery, oily feel.

No canning date
Purchased from the brewery cooler for $3.50
Poured at fridge temp into a pokal glass
Pours a clear shiny AAL golden with a bright white head. 3.75
Rich grassy and grainy aroma. Some herbal hoppiness on the nose. Pleasant and enjoyable. 4
Bitter herbal hops, some noble hop spice, toasty grains and green grass. Very good blend. 4
Light, fairly light carbo for the style, could be that it's been sitting a moment. Lingering hop oils. 4
Overall a much tastier Pils than I was anticipating, a tasty refresher that was well worth the experience. 4
Cheers friends!

Solid beer. It's not as good as some other local interpretations of this style, imo, but it's definitely sessionable. Some good honey and floral notes with a bitter bite. Nice. No best-by date on can. I consider this a huge no-no in the beer world. Even Bud and Miller put best-by dates on their cans, for shit's sake. If Grid City wants credibility in Utah and hang with the better beer places around here, they need to put a date on the can.

as good a domestic example of this style as exists out there to me knowledge, up there with the very best of them, again a super impressive staple beer in here, these guys will not be flying under the radar for long with beers this objectively excellent. they have multiple pour options on this, much like a classic urquell, neat to see at an american brewery. without specifying, i got about two inches of lathery head in a dimpled mug, just as pretty a pour as you can get for a beer like this, pretty clear but not lobotomized either, no need to be immaculate. i smell the lager yeast right away, the familiar pils malt, and some saaz hops, its not an uncommon mix of aromas, freshness is obvious, some earthy minerality is there, and there is an obvious crispness about it, even before i taste it. the flavor is a remarkable mix of these elements, more synergistic and cohesive than most. patiently lagered, well hopped, fresh and spicy, grassy and floral, doughy and bready, good structure to it but also light to drink, with an effervescent natural sort of conditioned carbonation to it, and overall about as professionally done as they come, i love the texture as much as the flavor! not all pils types are created equal, the extra care in the process pays off here, im not sure ive had a better domestic pils, just a handful of peers come to mind. this is exceptional!
