Malts: Weyerman floor malted bohemian pilsner, Weyerman malted wheatHops: Czech SaazOther: Double decoction, Natural carbonationDescription: This beer was brewed to celebrate this year's Grid City Music Fest, and named after its mascot. Its a true lager beer brewed with old-world techniques and tradition. It’s brewed with 50% wheat malt giving it a slight haze, wonderful creamy foam, a light fruitiness, and slight spice from the saaz hops. It’s rich, and malty, with a crisp clean lager finish!

Taster at Grid City. Clear golden pour with ample white head, lacing. Bready aroma with a faint citrusy edge. Taste is white bread, smooth and full, and a touch of lemon. Never had a wheat lager before. It's good
