a super crisp and snappy, impossibly light but very clean corn lager, sounds simple enough, but it was actually among my favorite beers we had in here, well refined, just distinct enough, and mellow to drink but at the same time i can still appreciate the yeast element, i think they have a winner here, and frankly there is really no max out point to how much of this i could drink in a given sitting, its bright, fresh, a bit unique with the sweet corn note, and tidy on the swallow, delicious. its not perfectly clear, but i dont need a lager like this to be overly cleaned up, i like a little character still, this is plenty refined. lots of bubbles, a soft doughy flavor to it, some earthiness from the corn, very light maltiness to this overall, but its not boring. there is high refreshment value here, even though the beer has some character. to me its got a sort of pre prohibition vibe to it, timeless but old school, and it really hit with a plate of their buffalo chicken wings in here. overall a great success!
